Dairy Queen is adding Belgian waffles to its signature Chicken Strip Basket with the launch of its new Chicken & Waffles Basket. The limited-time offer became available at participating DQ and DQ Grill & Chill locations on Monday.

The new menu item features the quick-service brand's signature white-meat chicken strips, sweet Belgian waffles, fries and syrup. The addition follows on the heels of KFC's reintroduction of its Kentucky Fried Chicken & Waffles.

Dairy Queen is based in Minneapolis with over 7,000 units in the United States, Canada and 25 other countries.
