Most restaurant chains roll out a few new menu items at a time, but sometimes a complete overhaul is warranted. That’s certainly the case with these chains, including Panera, which said this year’s revamp was the largest in its history, and also included simplifying production and stepping back from some messaging around items from animals treated (or not) with antibiotics.
Dave & Buster’s new menu is explicitly intended to increase food & beverage sales, even among customers who are there for the games, while Bonefish Grill reworked its lunch menu, something it seems to do every few years.
Fleming’s redid its lunch menu, which it’s offering at a growing number of its restaurants, and Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, understanding that barbecue isn’t an everyday occasion, expanded its menu to offer other traditional Southern items, too, as well as a hot dog.
