DALLAS Boston’s The Gourmet Pizza has rolled out a new menu of more than 100 items after consumer testing and analysis that lasted a year. —

The menu for the 50-unit chain features specialty pizzas, burgers, pastas, salads and sandwiches in addition to wings and ribs in a separate sports bar portion of the restaurants. —

The new menu includes such items as Garlic Shrimp Al Forno, Extreme Mushroom Neapolitan Pizza, Classic Shrimp Parmesan and Baked Cheese Ravioli. —

The Boston’s chain is a division of Boston Pizza Restaurants LP, which also owns the Canada-based Boston Pizza chain. —
