To James Walker, senior vice president of restaurants, everything on Nathan’s Famous menu must be “memorable, craveable, and Instagramable.” To that end, he’s updated the brand’s burgers and introduced a line of heroes and milkshakes. Next up is a chicken menu, which will include tenders, sandwiches and a half chicken.

Of course, Nathan’s signature hotdog and fries are still on the menu, too. Walker is working to elevate these new menu pillars to the status of the brand’s hot dogs.

All the portions are “large, healthy, high value,” and the flavors nod back to the brand’s roots in the Big Apple.

“Our North Star is, we are the flavor of New York, being very focused on New York comfort food and delivering at a very high quality,” Walker said.
