Carl’s Jr. is coming to Manhattan.

Parent CKE Restaurants Holdings Inc. signed a 15-year, $900,000 lease in August with plans to open a flagship store in Midtown, CKE’s real estate brokers told Nation’s Restaurant News Wednesday.

Albert Manopla and Avi Akiva of Kassin Sabbagh Realty said that the space covers 4,400 square-feet and is located on Seventh Avenue between 33rd and 34th Street. 

Akiva said that the restaurant is likely targeted for a January 2018 open. 

The new store will be the first Carl’s Jr. in New York City.

The fast-food brand is seeking to add more Manhattan locations and is slated to open in Coney Island, Brooklyn, in the near future, Akiva said.

Akiva added that he has been in talks with CKE about the New York City move for about two years.

Nashville, Tenn.-based CKE did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

CKE has more than 3,300 restaurants globally across multiple brands, including Carl’s Jr. and sister restaurant Hardee’s.
