Dunkin’ has expanded its test of kiosks to the West Coast with the opening of its 100th location in California.
The Canton, Mass.-based Dunkin’ Brands Group Inc. has opened a handful of next-generation stores equipped with kiosks at locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey and Rhode Island. The next-generation units feature cold-brew taps, an expanded grab-and-go section, digital order pickup screens and a station for mobile orders.
The Santa Ana, Calif., store, which opened last Thursday, has all those features but also includes two large kiosk stations. It’s the ninth location in the U.S. to test self-serve ordering.
