Dunkin' rolled out delivery in all five boroughs of New York City today through a partnership with Grubhub/Seamless. Consumers can use Grubhub — or Seamless, Grubhub's New York-specific brand — to place orders.

Delivering hot and cold beverages throughout the most populated city in the country is a challenge that few brands have mastered.

"If we are successful in New York then we know we can be successful anywhere because we've taken on the most difficult markets logistically and gotten it to work,” said Stephanie Meltzer-Paul, vice president of digital and loyalty marketing at Dunkin’. “That is why we chose it as one of our test markets and why we chose to roll out there first and foremost.”
