HTeaO has named Shane Clark as chief development officer, the company announced Tuesday.

The Fort Worth, Texas-based quick-service brand also appointed Michael Stoddard as vice president of information technology.

“With these strategic additions to our leadership team, HTeaO is further equipped to meet our growth objectives and fulfill our mission to ‘Brew Purpose’ in every community we serve,” Heath Nielsen, HTeaO president, said in a statement. “Both Shane and Michael bring invaluable experience and passion, and we’re thrilled to have them join us as we build an impactful future for HTeaO.”

HTeaO-Shane-Clark-chief-development-officer.jpgClark previously served as chief development officer at Quality Brand Group, a multi-concept franchisee organization that operates more than 180 Dunkin, Baskin Robbins, and Buffalo Wild Wings Go locations across five states.

“My goal is to help expand HTeaO’s presence by creating a streamlined, scalable development process that meets our high standards and resonates with each community we enter,” Clark said in a statement.

Stoddard previously worked with the Taco Bueno, On the Border, Pei Wei, and Main Event brands. At HTeaO, the company said, Stoddard will be responsible for technology strategy, including launching a new smartphone app, introducing gift cards, and building an information-technology department to support HTeaO’s growth.

HTeaO was founded in 2009 in Amarillo, Texas, as Texas Tea and was renamed HTeaO in 2014. The company has more than 100 locations.
