San Diego, Calif-based quick-service chain Jack in the Box announced the promotion of three executives: Adrienne Ingoldt was promoted from vice president of marketing and communications to senior vice president, chief brand and experience officer; Jennifer Kennedy was promoted from vice president of product marketing to senior vice president, chief product and innovation officer; and Sarah Super was promoted from vice president, general counsel to senior vice president, general counsel and chief risk officer.

As a Jack in the Box executive for four years, Ingoldt has led the marketing team in both corporate and consumer communications, brand strategy and media. Prior to joining Jack in the Box, she also held positions at Infiniti, Ray-Ban, LensCrafters, and Adidas.

Kennedy has been with the company for 10 years, during which time she oversaw product development, marketing and innovation. Previously, she led product innovation at MillerCoors and Starbucks.

Super has been with Jack in the Box for six years and has overseen the company’s litigation portfolio, risk management asset protection and records management. Before joining Jack in the Box, she practiced law at an outside firm for a decade.

“As we continue to expand and elevate our executive leadership team, we recognized Adrienne, Jen and Sarah’s substantial contributions over the past few years, and their positive impact on the business as a whole,” CEO Lenny Comma said in a statement. “These executives have brought great value to our company, and in their new roles will continue to serve the needs of all our stakeholders. I am beyond proud of all of them and am optimistic about the future under their leadership.”

The announcement comes on the heels of Comma informing the Jack in the Box executive board in December that he plans to leave the company. A succession plan is now underway, but a replacement has not yet been announced.

Jack in the Box has more than 2,200 restaurants in 21 states and Guam.
