During his first earnings call as CEO of McDonald’s Corp., Chris Kempczinski made it clear that fueling growth at the chain would largely be driven by giving consumers what they demand: engaging and easy digital experiences.

This month he tapped Lucy Brady, the executive behind McDelivery, to lead that effort as the brand's new Chief Digital Customer Engagement Officer.
