Outback Steakhouse is celebrating the winter holidays with new ‘Steakmas’ menu items, as well as bringing back its plush Koala on the Walla in media.

The division of Tampa, Fla.-based Bloomin' Brands Inc. is offering the items through Jan. 1, a spokesperson said.

Among the new menu items are:

  • Bloomin' French Onion Sirloin —a center-cut sirloin with melted provolone, crispy Bloomin' Onion petals, and a mini side of French onion soup.

  • Chimichurri Filet — a seared filet topped with chimichurri sauce and Outback's Bloomin' Carrot Crunch.

  • Bourbon Onion Ribeye —an 18-ounce bone-in ribeye topped with caramelized bourbon onions, savory bacon and roasted garlic butter. Served with a choice of steakhouse potato and a side.

Outback is also bringing back popular holiday cocktails and appetizers, including the Gingerbread Cookie Martini (with a mini-Koala keepsake) and a Smoked Cinnamon Pecan Old Fashioned.
