As Taco Bell expands its international footprint, the chain is stepping up its product pipeline to closely match the kind of Mexican-inspired innovation that brought U.S. consumers Doritos Locos Tacos and the Naked Chicken Chalupa.

Leading Taco Bell’s international food team is Steven Gomez, who is responsible for the development of the brand’s most buzzworthy shell innovations. Gomez is now tasked with bringing that same innovation to Taco Bell’s more than 550 international restaurants.

On Monday, he unveiled a handful of bold menu items being served in Europe, Cyprus, Finland, Japan and Australia, including two meatless products and a spicier version of Nacho Fries.

Take a look at what the Irvine, Calif.-based quick-service chain is serving in its growing global markets.
