Denver, the mile high city, is where Nation’s Restaurant News held CREATE: The Future of Foodservice this year. It’s also where NRN editors got a chance to sample some of the best food in the country, both at the event and outside of it across the city.

In the latest edition of NRN’s Cities series, we’re going to take you through Denver on some epic food adventures from Native American cuisine to Hawaiian to Argentinian – all in Colorado’s capital city. NRN editor-in-chief Sam Oches will act as your tour guide through five local restaurants that all got their start in Denver and have expanded to more than one unit, some with growth plans on the horizon, some who have already begun to franchise and expand across the country.
