Restaurant operators are invited to gather for networking and education April 11 at Industry East Side in Austin, Texas, at the next CREATE Roadshow event.

The free event, taking place from 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m., will include great conversation, delicious food and tasty cocktails with industry insiders and Nation’s Restaurant News editors.

The evening will include a panel called “How Emerging Restaurants Can Tap Into Opportunity for Growth and Innovation,” featuring Hopdoddy Burger Bar CEO Jeff Chandler, Via 313 co-founder Brandon Hunt and Chi’Lantro BBQ founder Jae Kim. All three emerging restaurant chains are based in Austin. They will identify opportunities for growth and provide insights into how emerging chains can maximize their potential.

The Los Angeles panel featured speakers from Virtual Dining Concepts, HomeState and Mendocino Farms.

The CREATE Roadshow is an event series coming to six U.S. cities in 2023, featuring localized networking events. The events are free and open to any restaurant founders, owners, executives and professionals, focusing primarily on locally based small, mid-sized and emerging chains.

The Roadshow has already traveled to Orlando, Fla., and Los Angeles, and after Austin will be in Atlanta, New York and Denver.
