NEW YORK Ark Restaurants Corp. said it has appointed Robert Towers to the newly created position of president.
Before his promotion, Towers served as Ark’s executive vice president and chief operating officer. In addition to his new role, Towers also will retain his titles of COO and treasurer. Towers has been employed by the company since 1983.
New York-based Ark Restaurants operates 24 restaurants and bars, 25 fast-food concepts, catering operations and wholesale and retail bakeries.
