Pittenger makes the leap from the car parts industry to the pizza industry.

Domino’s Pizza announced Monday the hiring of Maureen Pittenger as executive vice president, chief human resources officer. Pittenger, who previously worked for automotive parts company, Dana Incorporated since 2019, will report to CEO Russell Weiner in her new position.

“We are excited to have Maureen join Domino’s as she brings a proven track record of building high-performing teams,” Weiner said in a statement. “At Domino’s, our people are our competitive advantage, and Maureen’s expertise in leading workforce development on a global scale will help us get even better.”

Pittenger has more than 20 years of experience in the human resources sector, including her most recent position as senior vice president and chief human resources officer for Dana Inc. Before that, she worked for 15 years in multiple leadership roles within the human resources division at global automotive electronics supplier Visteon Inc.

In her current role, Pittenger will lead all parts of Domino’s human resources strategies and functions.
