GLENDALE Calif. IHOP Corp. has named John Jakubek corporate senior vice president of human resources, effective March 31.

In his new role, Jakubek will oversee personnel matters for the company's IHOP/International House of Pancakes and Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar chains and lead their "cultural integration," the company said Tuesday.
