WOODLAND HILLS Calif. Mastro’s Restaurants LLC, which owns five steakhouses and two seafood restaurants in Arizona and California, has named Jake Hickton senior vice president of operations.

Hickton most recently was vice president of operations at Ted’s Montana Grill. He also has worked with the Capitol Grille and Morton’s of Chicago steakhouse chains.

He replaces Tony Brunetti Jr., who left in October.

Mastro’s Restaurants has five Mastro’s Steakhouses and two Mastro’s Ocean Club units, with three in the Scottsdale, Ariz., and four in Southern California.
