All around us, people are talking about women in the workplace.

Sheryl Sandberg created a stir with her call for a new women’s movement, Lean In. Arianna Huffington subsequently reminded women to “lean back” and focus on wellness in addition to career. Marissa Mayer made waves when she took on the role of the new chief executive of Yahoo while she was (gasp!) pregnant.

But it’s been Sandberg, the chief operating officer at Facebook, who has drawn the most attention. Sandberg and her message are everywhere.
