He joined the company in 2002. In his new post, Sanders will oversee new business development, growth planning, real estate functions, store design and construction.

Vaughn, most recently vice president of operations, has been with Raising Cane’s for more than six years. In his new position, Vaughn will be responsible for daily operations of Raising Cane’s company-owned restaurants.  He will also lead operations support to franchisees.

Sanders and Vaughn will report to Clay Dover, president of Raising Cane’s. As previously reported, Raising Cane’s is in the process of moving its headquarters to Dallas.
