Red Lobster once again got high marks in the Consumer Picks survey, with strong finishes in several categories this year.

Of more than 200 restaurant brands in the survey, the casual-dining brand had top 10 finishes for ambience (No. 6), brand loyalty (No. 8) and food quality (No. 8) as well as a No. 11 rank for service.

That praise is welcome, CEO Kim Lopdrup said, but it’s not a surprise. Rather, it’s a direct result of the brand’s people-first approach and thoughtful menu evolution.
