CULVER CITY Calif. The 300-unit Sizzler chain has named Audrey Baldwin has its new senior director of menu development and product innovation. She replaces Dudley McMahon, who left the company to pursue other interests.

Baldwin was previously senior food technologist for CKE Restaurants Inc., parent of the Hardee's and Carl's Jr. brands, where she was involved in developing the Spicy Six Dollar Burger and Steak and Egg Burrito menu items.
