PHILADELPHIA Aramark Corp. has inked a deal with Shell Oil Co., a subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell, to provide foodservice for the energy company's 12,000 employees at 11 locations across the United States.
Terms of the deal, including the length of the contract and its worth, were not disclosed.
As part of the contract, Aramark would manage Shell’s staff cafes and catering services as well as offer coffee and vending operations. The Philadelphia-based contract feeder also would provide facilities management at the different locations, nine of which are in Texas. The other two are in Louisiana.
