LOS ANGELES Concessionaire HMSHost Corp. has been granted exclusive rights to develop the Eaturna quick-service healthful dining concept at airport and travel center locations in the United States and Canada.

The only retail location of Eaturna LLC, the concept’s Los Angeles-based parent, opened more than a year ago in Los Angeles International Airport. The prototype is operated by HMSHost.

Eaturna features healthful items made with hormone- and antibiotic-free ingredients. Eaturna also offers to-go menu items at grocery stores in the Los Angeles area. The company is owned in part by financier-philanthropist Michael Milken.

HMSHost, based in Bethesda, Md., plans to open 10 more Eaturna units in airport locations within the next two years.
