CONCORD, N.H. —Pitco Frialator, a manufacturer of fryers and water-based rethermalizers based here, said it surpassed $100 million in sales in 2006.

Officials at Pitco, a division of Elgin, Ill.-based foodservice equipment company Middleby Corp., attributed the uptick in sales to the development of a variety of new products made more efficiently at its Bow, N.H., facility. —Pitco Frialator, a manufacturer of fryers and water-based rethermalizers based here, said it surpassed $100 million in sales in 2006.
