JAMESTOWN N.Y. Johnny’s Lunch, a local dining institution here, has launched its national franchise drive by signing a development pact with Michigan Group, JBV, LLC of Franklin, Mich.

According to terms of the deal, Michigan Group agreed to open 75 units of the 71-year-old concept across the state of Michigan. The company says the first Michigan Johnny's outlet is scheduled to open in the spring.

Johnny's Lunch is famous for its signature hotdogs, burgers, shakes and branded Johnny's Famous Texas Hot Sauce.
