Bahama Breeze aims to recreate in its restaurants the flavors and the experience of vacationing in the Caribbean. The chain's Bahamian Sunset cocktail is described as "a typical rum punch drink found in the Bahamas."

The Bahamian Sunset features white rum and coconut-flavored rum mixed with a citrus and vanilla Spanish liqueur and pineapple juice. Grenadine is added to give a "sunset" blush.
