Red Star Tavern & Roast House in Portland, Ore., offers up its Red Star cocktail, made with vanilla flavored vodka, raspberry liqueur and Triple Sec and finished with sour mix. The drink, priced at $7.50, is touted by the restaurant as the "Cadillac of drops."

While the Red Star Tavern has an extensive list of seasonal and signature cocktails, the restaurant also boasts a wide selection of bourbon, offering everything from single-barrel and small-batch bourbons to Irish and Canadian whiskey. The Red Star Tavern also offers bourbon flights, not unlike wine pairings. The flights consist of four bourbons, served side by side with a tasting table-guide.
