O’Charley’s Inc. said Thursday it has augmented its executive ranks with the appointment of six senior level officials.

The Nashville, Tenn.-based multi-concept restaurant operator named Rick Trebilcock to the post of vice president of marketing, and Phil Trello director of construction and facilities for the O’Charley’s and Stoney River brands.

The vice president of marketing position had been vacant, and the director of construction and facilities is a newly created role.

Trebilcock will oversee O’Charley’s marketing team and focus on improving the brand messaging to help drive guest visits. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of marketing for Potbelly Sandwich Works. Prior to that, he was senior vice president of marketing for Longhorn Steakhouse with Rare Hospitality.

In his new post, Trello will oversee all activities concerning real estate site selection and development, new construction, remodels, renovations, facilities repair and maintenance. Trello had logged previous experience with Tasti D-Lite, Applebee’s and Darden.

O’Charley’s also promoted:

• Allie Garmon, from senior accountant to accounting manager. She will oversee financial closing activities and accounts payable.

• David Hill, from accounting manager to director of financial reporting. Hill will be responsible for daily accounting operations together with other duties.

• Laurie Katapski, to senior director of marketing. She will oversee promotion planning, menu development and marketing communication.

• Joe Rymer, from director of financial reporting to vice president and corporate controller. Rymer will be responsible for all accounting and financial matters.

“It is exciting to have this capable team in place as we work toward strategic goals for growth and performance,” said David W. Head, president and chief executive of O’Charley’s Inc.

O’Charley’s operates 342 full-service restaurants under the O’Charley’s, Ninety Nine Restaurant and Stoney River Legendary Steaks brands.
