CHARLOTTE N.C. Bojangles’ Restaurants Inc. has named Kenny Avery vice president of company operations.

 

Avery, an industry veteran who joined Bojangles’ in November 2007 as vice president of operations support, will lead the team responsible for providing leadership and support to the quick-service chain’s 159 company-operated locations. Charlotte-based Bojangles also franchises 288 units, for a total of 447 locations throughout the southeastern United States.

 

 

“Kenny Avery plays a key role in making sure our Bojangles’ Famous Chicken ‘n Biscuits restaurants deliver great food, served fast in a friendly environment,” said Randy Kibler, president and chief executive of Bojangles’. “Bojangles’ customers expect a great experience each and every time, so it is essential we have superior operational performance.”

 

 

Founded in 1977 in Charlotte, N.C., Bojangles’ menu centers on spicy, Cajun-style chicken and buttermilk biscuits.
