Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises will run the virtual restaurant

With ad sales slipping and subscriptions down, magazines are increasingly looking for alternative avenues to profit. And many food publications have turned to selling food in real life. Magazines have created food-focused events and even food halls, and today, Bon Appetit begins delivering menu items tested by the magazine. 

Bon Appetit, Delivered, is a virtual restaurant operated by Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises (LEYE), a multi-concept restaurant group based in Chicago. The kitchen will produce dishes from the BA Test Kitchen and they will be delivered by Grubhub.
