DALLAS Corner Bakery Cafe, the 90-unit fast-casual bakery cafe division of Il Fornaio Corp., has introduced seasonal winter stews at all its restaurants this month.

The cafe is offering old-fashioned beef stew or chicken-wild mushroom brie stew in a limited-time offer. Both are available by the cup, bowl or in a bread bowl. Depending on the market, the price ranges are: cup, $4.29 to $4.39; bowl, $5.29 to $5.39; bread bowl, $5.89 to $5.99; and a stew and salad combo, $6.49 to $6.79.

“In the cold winter months, we naturally look for foods that warm us from the inside out,” said Rebecca Foulk, corporate chef for Corner Bakery. “These special offerings give our guests a way to warm up. When dining out, a good, hearty stew is hard to find, and we’re excited to be able to offer our guests a dish that truly tastes like home.”
