LAS VEGAS Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc. opened its 10th Einstein Bros. Bagels restaurant in Las Vegas, as the Golden, Colo.-based company continues to expand the bagel chain concept.

The new restaurant, which encompasses 2,700-square feet of space and seats up to 60, is one of several new Einstein Bros. locations planned to open across the nation this year, said chief executive Paul Murphy.

Einstein Noah operates or franchises some 600 bagel stores in 36 states under the names Einstein Bros. and Noah's New York Bagels and Manhattan Bagel.
