THE BRONX N.Y. Goya Foods, the Hispanic packaged foods manufacturer, has opened a foodservice outlet in Yankee Stadium here. The Salsa on the Go station, a part of a food court, features items made with Goya's various Latino ingredients.

The menu includes Chicken in Salsa with Rice and Beans, sweet plantains and chicken and cheese empanadas. The outlet is part of a promotional arrangement with the New York Yankees that also calls for a Goya Day on July 31 and Goya signage in the left-field stands.

Goya is based in Secaucus, N.J.
