BETHESDA Md. HMSHost Corp., the airport and travel concessions giant based here, has secured $242 million worth of foodservice contracts at John F. Kennedy International Airport in Queens, N.Y. As a result HMS Host will expand its operations there to five out of nine terminals.

The deal with HMSHost, the U.S. division of Milan, Italy-based contract caterer Autogrill SpA, consists of a new 11-year contract with the airport worth $104 million and the renewal of two other contracts, for seven and eight years, respectively.

The company currently operates at more than 70 airports and 100 highway travel plazas throughout the world and boasts annual sales of more than $2 billion.
