CHATTANOOGA Tenn. Krystal, a 400-unit regional burger chain, said it has rolled out a spicy version of its Chick sandwich and debuted two new frozen drink lines.

The Spicy Southern Chik features a chicken breast fillet marinated in spicy seasonings, covered in "southern-style" breading and fried. It's topped with a pickle and mayonnaise and served on a steamed bun.

The new sandwich is available in a basket meal, which features two Spicy Southern Chiks, Fiesta Waffle Fries and a medium drink for a suggested $4.39.

Krystal also recently added a line of milk shakes, called Krystal MilkQuakes, and a frozen slush drink called the Krystal Freeze.

Krystal has restaurants in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.
