SoFresh is a disrupter in the fast-casual fresh food movement that has been fighting the healthy fight amongst the traditional restaurants in the market. The brand knew they wanted kiosks, but was still determining if they could find one that met their high expectations for guest experience, sleek presentation, ease of use and quick implementation. Their complex fresh food offering required a custom build ordering system but had to be convenient and offer an intuitive ordering process for the guest.
