Chick-fil-A has launched a new summer merchandise collection, complete with a Pickle Pickle Pickleball set, waffle fry pool float, cow print bucket hat, towel, water bottle, a branded backpack cooler, and more. Additionally, the company has announced it is making its fan collections permanent through its new online shop.

Chick-fil-A first launched branded merchandise in 2022, featuring offerings such as “I heart Waffle Fries” hoodies, “sauce blanket and nugget” pillow sets, coffee mugs, totes, socks, and more. The company has since added several lines, including holiday-themed collections and sauce-themed collections.

"We're always looking for ways for Guests to have fun with our brand both inside and outside the restaurant, and we know from previous merchandise offerings how much they like to show their Chick-fil-A love through apparel and accessories," Dustin Britt, senior director of Brand Strategy, Investment and Entertainment at Chick-fil-A, said in a statement. "We're thrilled to offer a wide range of both brand-new releases and returning items and can't wait to see fans decked out in their Chick-fil-A favorites this summer.”

Several restaurant brands have jumped into merchandising in the past several years to raise brand awareness and generate additional revenue. Taco Bell introduced its Live Mas store in 2013, while sister chain KFC opened an online merch store in 2017 and revamped that shop last year. Since 2019, brands like Chipotle, El Pollo Loco, McDonald’s, Chili’s, Velvet Taco and Denny’s have opened online merch stores. This year, Shake Shack, Jimmy John’s, Arby’s, Sonic, Dunkin’ and White Castle have all introduced new merch lines.
