Sandwich chain is also pulling out of international markets
Potbelly Corp. closed 10 units in its second quarter and trimmed its forecast openings as it works on a turnaround at the quick-service sandwich chain, the company reported Tuesday.
Chicago-based Potbelly also will be pulling out of international markets altogether, executives said on an earnings call. In the quarter, it closed two company-owned units, two U.S. franchise locations and six international shops.
