DeBragga, New York’s Butcher said Eric Sarrazin has joined his father Marc John Sarrazin and partner George Faison at the meat and poultry company. Eric Sarrazin will begin in customer service, where he will learn about the product mix, sales and service, the company said. DeBragga has supplied meats and poultry to restaurants and hotels for almost a century. Eric Sarrazin is a graduate of Wake Forest University. Marc John Sarrazin said, “He will be a tremendous asset to DeBragga, especially with our younger generation chefs. They speak the same language.”
