Kickin’ Cayenne sauce: A sauce with three kinds of peppers and other seasonings

Poblano Crema: A sauce of roasted poblano peppers, avocado, sour cream, garlic, and lime juice

Taco Bell

In April Taco Bell added Spicy Habanero Ranch sauce as a limited-time offer. The hot sauce was made in collaboration with Yellowbird Hot Sauce, and available with any order for an extra $1

McDonald’s

Big Mac sauce: The main condiment for the signature Big Mac sandwich was made available in dipping cups to accompany other menu items

Qdoba Mexican Eats

The fast-casual burrito chain brought back Mango Salsa, made with mangoes, tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño peppers, lime juice, and cilantro as a summertime option

Buffalo Wild Wings

In June the chain launched Blazin’ Knockout Sauce, a very spicy wing sauce made with nine peppers: Devil’s Breath, Carolina Reaper, scorpion, ghost, habanero, red and green jalapeño, arbol, and cayenne, as well as the following offer: guests who eat 10 wings in five minutes or less with no water or napkins get a headband and a scoop of ice cream (loyalty program members also got 1,000 Blazin’ Rewards points and their name will be added to the local Blazin’ Wall of Fame)

It also added the following as summertime specials available with any wing:

General Tso’s sauce: A spicy-sweet sauce made with crushed red pepper and arbol chile

Sweet Chile Lime sauce: A sauce made with honey, chiles, and lime

In August it brought back its Hot BBQ sauce, last offered in 2020, as well as a new Bulleit Bourbon BBQ sauce: A smoky sweet barbecue sauce made in partnership with Bulleit Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Taco Bell

This summer the chain brought back as a limited-time offer its Lava Sauce, a cheesy sauce with jalapeño peppers, to add to any menu item for $1

7-Eleven

The convenience store chain added a smoky-sweet glaze for its wings made with garlic, paprika, pepper, and tomato, among other ingredients.

It also added a sweet-savory glaze made with soy, garlic, and chile later in the year

Marco’s Pizza

The chain added new Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan sauces along with the introduction of boneless wings, starting July 3

WaBa Grill

A spicy Boom Boom sauce was introduced to go with its Boom Boom Taco: Choice of chicken, steak, shrimp, tofu or vegan “Plantspired steak” in a a corn-and-flour tortilla with slaw in sesame dressing plus scallions as well as the new sauce

Genghis Grill

The chain added two sauces and a spice rub.

Sriracha Bourbon BBQ Sauce: A spicy and sweet sauce available on customizable bowls

Cattlemen’s Mississippi Honey BBQ Sauce: A branded sauce available on customizable bowls

McCormick Grill Mates Smokehouse Maple Spice: A new optional topping for customizable bowls

Red Lobster

The chain introduced a new sweet and mildly spicy chile sauce to go with its Crispy Dragon Shrimp, which is battered and fried shrimp in the new sauce.

Twin Peaks

At the end of August the chain introduced the Hot as F*ck Sauce, estimated at around 250,000 Scoville units made with a blend of Habanero, Cayenne, Guajillo, and Pasilla chiles and black pepper, as a new option on any wings

Chester’s Chicken

The chain brought in Frank’s RedHot Sweet Chili Sauce for its new Sweet Chili Chicken Bites.

Bonchon

Yangnyeom Sauce: A sweet and spicy sauce with garlic and soy flavors as well as gochujang, available with any fried chicken order at no extra charge

Cava

Balsamic Date Vinaigrette: Dates blended with white balsamic vinegar, pictured on the Balsamic Date Chicken Bowl, made with Grilled chicken, eggplant dip, roasted red pepper hummus, roasted corn, slaw, and tomato & cucumbers over brown rice and spinach, topped with Balsamic Date Vinaigrette

Philly Pretzel Factory

The pretzel specialist is in the process of rolling out six limited time sauces to dip its signature product in.

It started with Strawberries & Cream in October, followed by Cranberry Mustard in November, and Honey Champagne in December.

A Coffee dip is slated to launche on Jan. 2, 2024, followed by Cookies & Cream and Mint Cookies & Cream on March 1, 2024, and Dill Mustard on May 1, 2024
