On Wednesday, Wendy’s outlined plans to streamline operations through the shuttering of field offices and combining two executive positions under one leader.

The company revealed the leadership change and other strategies during its third-quarter earnings conference call this week. Besides restructuring its operations division, the company also announced real-estate initiatives and provided an update on the health of its franchisees.

The brand also has big plans for breakfast. While other brands gave up on breakfast at the start of the pandemic, Wendy’s launched the platform. While the morning grub menu started off slow, the chain said it is driving sales and foot traffic to stores.

How much foot traffic? We’ve got some data to share with you, along with other major moves by Wendy’s. Take a look at our gallery.
