What is it about some brands? You know the ones. Those brands that seem to effortlessly win devoted fans — and keep them coming back — through some unique alchemy of service, value and foods so craveworthy that fans will accept no substitute.
The annual Consumer Picks report works to answer that very question, breaking down the dining experience into its component parts in an attempt to quantify that magic. The survey, developed with market research firm Datassential, lets consumers rate more than 200 restaurant chains on a variety of attributes, including food quality, ambience and service and brand loyalty.
Here, consumers rank brands for True Loyalty, a metric that considers consumers’ real desire to experience a particular brand, as opposed to convenience.
