The new building will include a first-of-its kind, formed-glass facade. The exterior will be comprised of numerous 14-foot pieces of formed glass shaped like pizza slices.

The new building will be the first new corporate headquarters building constructed in Detroit in more than a decade, and only the seventh since 1950.

The Little Caesars Global Resource Center will include a two-story lobby, glass covered open-air terrace, screening room, 425-seat training room, fitness center, retail and dining.

Little Caesars Global Resource Center will be The District Detroit’s largest new construction in the city’s Columbia Street neighborhood. The campus will have space for up to 700 workers.

Little Caesars has updated the design of a new world headquarters to be built on the company’s campus in Detroit.

The groundbreaking is scheduled for this summer at the new building, a nine-story, 234,000-square-foot structure that will more than double the size of Little Caesars’ current campus.
