Part private-viewing room, part-alternate community seating area, the MVP room — designated for customers age 21 and up — features lounge-like seating and three TVs. The area will be equipped with the latest video game consoles (including Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo and Super Nintendo Classics) for gaming tournaments as well as six self-pour beer taps at select locations.
“The local experience will be different for every community, and that’s exactly what we want,” DeRouen said. “We now have an ideal spot to host local radio remotes and coaches shows, as well as an area for the local high school star to sign his letter of intent to play college ball.”
The space can be reserved for games or events, and otherwise will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
