Ecolab and Nation’s Restaurant News will power a new webinar series this month – National Food Safety Education Month – as part of a special Restaurants Rise Food Safety digital community initiative.
In this month-long leadership series, experts will explain how to not only survive but thrive with new regulations in place to prevent the spread of disease in weekly live sessions. This is free to all restaurant operators, and registration information is available below.
Highlights from the upcoming four-week leadership series include how to gain the trust of employees and customers, health inspections in the coronavirus-era, the newest procedures in sanitation and disinfecting and the future of dining. Speakers from Ecolab, Datassential and Departments of Health will join the speaking roster to help operators dive deep into necessary food safety standards and practices.
The first session begins Sept. 9 at 2 p.m. EST and will cover ensuring customer and employee confidence during the coronavirus pandemic.
